Cast of Characters "One man all by himself is nothing. Two people who belong together make a world." Hans Margolius Katarina Vincent: aka Katy. Katy is a twenty-two year old graduate student who lives in Boston, in a small and cluttered apartment that she shares with her older sister, Annabelle. She works at a bank, but her true dream in life is to receive her Masters degree in Special Education, so she can help kids like her younger sister, Maddie. Katy is very family oriented, and would do anything for her parents or any of her 10 sisters. Katy is the middle child, and as such, is quite the diplomat. She can help anybody work their way through any problem- preferably with words rather than hair pulling. Katy prides herself in helping Maddie live independently- with Katy and Annabelle- giving her parents a break at the same time. Sure, she experiences a little bit of burnout, but she knows it's all worth the trouble in the long run. Someday she won't have to work such long hours, between school and the bank, and will be able to devote herself to changing the world for kids like Maddie. Katy is an avid animal lover, and has a weakness for chocolate cake. She has never been what one would consider thin, but she's so busy that she doesn't have time to worry about her looks. If she did, she'd probably do something about her out of control curls.
